General Art Information

Christopher plans, creates, prints, hand paints and embellishes, frames, packages, and ships all of his artwork. He controls the entire process pertaining to his art from beginning to end. He does this primarily because he enjoys doing so, but also because he wants to personally make sure that every facet of his customer's purchasing experience goes as smoothly as possible and that the customer is happy. It is his goal to have every customer 100% satisfied with the products he creates and his customers purchasing experience.

Christopher is a Multimedia Artist. His artwork can only be fully appreciated with the setting of eyes on his finished work.  Christopher’s artwork includes the use of digital art and acrylic painting, as well the use of various varnishes and embellishments applied by hand to each and every one of his limited edition canvas pieces. Christopher’s limited edition canvas artwork is handmade one at a time. Each piece involves hours of work and each piece will be slightly unique from any other because of the creative process. Each piece is assigned a serial number, comes signed by the artist, and is issued a Certificate of Authenticity.

About Christopher's materials and equipment:

I use MOAB Slickrock Metallic Pearl as my standard print media. These papers produce stunning metallic prints previously only available in a traditional darkroom. The metallic, high gloss finish duplicates the characteristics of similar pearlescent darkroom papers users have preferred for years. They both have a larger color gamut and higher Dmax to ensure that color is reproduced more accurately while producing deeper, richer blacks, an expanded dynamic range and additional detail in shadow areas.

I use Hahnemuhle Daguerre Canvas for my canvas artwork. Hahnemühle Daguerre Canvas is a high-end matt-coated, poly-cotton, fine art canvas with a fine, uniform surface texture. The bright white canvas is characterized by its high degree of whiteness. When combined with the premium matt coating, it produces clean, fresh colors, and fine details. Daguerre Canvas is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most exacting requirements in terms of age resistance.

Greeting Cards

I sell my greeting cards in customer-created discounted sets of 15 for $39. You can also buy my cards as singles or in any number you wish, with no minimum. All cards are 5" x 7" folded and include an envelope. All cards are printed on heavy, high-end, 96lb. High Gloss, card stock. This premium cardstock I use is imported from America from Red River Paper. It is the best I have found in my career and the only cardstock I will use for my greeting card artwork. These cards can be displayed as finished artwork themselves. I have created a video to show you how to order my greeting cards: https://youtu.be/h-D8rNjEVlI

Please note that my site platform does not have a widget to subtract the discount from ordering cards in bulk. What I do is give you a refund of the amount of the discount back onto the method you used to make the purchase after you purchase. Sorry for this inconvenience. 🥴

Order Fulfillment:

Giclee Orders: Most will normally ship within 7 days of the order being received.

Limited Edition Canvas Orders: Each Limited Edition Canvas Issue is created individually after receiving the order. As stated before, this art is created one at a time by hand and the process usually takes 4 to 7 days.

Shipping Methods:

We ship internationally to all countries, except to some European countries, via International Royal Post, FedEx, or other qualified professional freight companies. We have Free Shipping to the United States, Canada, the EU, and United Kingdom on orders totaling over $69 in merchandise which effectively gives free shipping on all artwork orders (prints and canvas issues). We have very reasonable rates for shipping to all other countries. At this time shipping times are rather erratic, but most of our US customers are receiving their orders in 4 to 7 days and our European customers about 4 days. We stay on top of our orders to keep our customers happy and you will be sent the information to track your package within 2 days after shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds:

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Our standard order processing system begins with an email confirmation of every order to the purchaser to verify all pertinent information about the order before beginning to process the order for shipment.  We MUST receive a response to our verification email before we will begin processing the order. We use this process primarily to protect our customers and to ensure the entire transaction goes accurately and smoothly. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at cgatelock@live.com or via my Whatsapp Chat Line found at the bottom of this page and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. Purchasing anything based on an image on the Internet can be a tricky situation simply because of the unavoidable difficulties of being able to represent the image accurately online or in print when the process of changing an image to an acceptable format on the internet tends to degrade the original image considerably. Plus, there are many reasons that what you see on your computer screen differs from the real object including even the computer screen you are looking at right now. Someone will contact you asap to see how we can help. We hold hard and fast to the UK regulations concerning returns and guarantees found here. More about our return policy can be found here: "Terms of Use". We try our utmost to treat everyone the way we would like to be treated. I personally have lived by the wisdom that it is always better to ask questions before I purchase rather than try to fix a problem afterward.

Payments:

We accept credit card and debit card payments through one of the most trusted processors in the international business community, Stripe. We do accept PayPal and we have available a pay over time method provided by Affirm for purchases from the US.
