One of my projects for the short time I lived in New Mexico in 2012 was to attempt to gain access to and photograph as many of the Indian Pueblo missions as I could. Acoma Pueblo is situated on top of a 356 ft. tall mesa in the middle of the desert 60 miles from Albuquerque. The Acoma people have been there for over 2000 years.
