This castle, located on the Northeast Coast of England, dates back to the year 420. It has a wonderful and colored history and is also one of the most filmed castles in the world. In recent times it has been used in the Harry Potter films, Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves, as well as the British series "Downton Abbey". There is an extraordinary, one of a kind museum inside the castle and it is one of the most important Anglo-Saxon archaeological sites in the world. If you are at all interested in ancient history this castle is quite amazing and I would urge you to Google the castle. If you can I would also suggest on a trip to England in which you mark Bamburgh Castle as a must visit. As a surrealist I have taken rather a broad creative license on the castle and made it over into my personal fantasy edition.
