Burgess Falls, in Middle Tennessee, about 80 miles east of Nashville, is a pretty cool place.This particular falls is in the deepest part of the woodlands here and is about 130 feet tall. There used to be a set of steel steps that led down the side of the cliffs next to the falls to the bottom, but the last time I was there the stairs had rusted out and fallen apart and access to the lower level was impossible.
