The base image for this piece of art was captured from the 4th or 5th level of Sir Walter Scott's Monument. All I can tell you is that I kept going up one level after another, to get over the trees in the distance that blocked part of the Castle Rock, inside the ever-growing tighter spiral staircase until I finally became stuck and nearly unable to move. I had to "disassemble" myself to get free. Fun day. No, it was. Every day is fun in Scotland!
