Eilean Donan Castle is a 13th Century castle located in the Scottish Highlands. It is noted as probably the most photographed castle in Scotland, but there are many castles in Scotland that could easily make the same boast. It is beautiful and the location on an island at the intersection of 3 lochs certainly makes it unique. Many movies have been filmed there as well.
