St. Nectan's Glen, Tintagel, Cornwall
St. Nectan's Glen is a beautiful wooded area located along the banks of the river Trevillet in Tintagel, Cornwall, England. It contains an amazing waterfall that is simply magical. Tintagel is steeped in myth, mysticism and fantasy. It is a place that is believed by some to be the home and castle of King Arthur. I will add that it seems almost everyone, everywhere in the UK lays some claim on King Arthur. There are only remnants of the castle that is believed to have been built in the 13th century. Tintagel is one of the most visited locations in England and I love it there.
